"When dealing with the customers or patients, I feel that particular attention be given to circumstances surrounding the patient’s situation, and that patience and listening be applied to the best of one’s ability. I am not referring to the physician, in this matter. I’m not getting into specifics at the moment, but simply to say that, terse is terse. Look inwardly and ask, ‘was I terse.’ Addendum: A close relative was recently seen urgently, for a serious problem. I greatly appreciate the staff’s efforts to get her in. I was thankful for the kindness, and professionalism demonstrated by everyone. The new member is also very kind and capable. The Doctor was thorough, and the secretary worked with us so tests could be performed in a timely fashion. I give them five stars, they deserve it, and I do understand we all have our trying days."
