"Not too thrilled that we have a sick day option to call and come in and at 9:04 you guys are already full? Shouldn’t there be appointments left for situations like this or for over the phone callers?! I was unaware you guys even scheduled actual appointments on Saturdays. I was under the impression it was first come first serve call ahead. Very disappointed I have to wait till later in the day to take my kid to an urgent care instead of seeing our doctor"

"We switched from another office and could not be happier with our decision. We love Dr. Sacks and our kids are always excited to see her. Concerns are always heard and addressed in a timely manor. Sick appointments are easy to come by and the one time they were full, Dr Sacks called me right back to see what was going on and if it could (safely) wait until the next day or if they needed to squeeze us in. She just called me on a Saturday morning to discuss test results that I was sure would have had to wait until Monday. I'm always blown away when I answer and it's her personally vs a nurse calling to ask questions or relay a message. The whole staff is wonderful... it feels like such a blessing to have been accepted at this practice (3 years ago) and to not be stressed for a week leading up to our visit. Can't recommend this practice enough!"

"I can not say enough good things about Buckley Rd Pediatrics. Dr. Sacks is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. She has even grabbed my sons vitals while the nurses were running behind. She takes the time to listen to and address all concerns. Every staff member from the receptionists to nurses are sweet and caring. Phone calls have always been immediately answered during normal office hours. On call after hour calls responded within 10 mins from a doctor. I have always gotten a same day sick appointment and I have never waited in the waiting room longer than 10 mins. I truly can’t thank this practice enough and I’m extremely appreciative and grateful for them."

"All the doctors at Buckley Road are knowledgeable, compassionate and supportive. In the 7 months since my daughter was born, I have had to go to the office for various visits and each time I have had a positive experience with the staff. I travel all the way from Cortland and have no complaints on making the drive because the care we receive is top notch."

"I will always have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Jennifer Sacks but that’s about the only nice thing about this office. On 3 different occasions that my son has been sick they never have sick appointments available on the day I call and they “don’t schedule sick appointments” for the following business day when they are open again, you have to repeat the process and call when they open in hopes you can get in (even though calling when they first open results in the same answer that they don’t have any sick appointments for that day. What are parents suppose to do with their sick kiddos? Take them to the nearest urgent care and hope my child who isn’t old enough to have built a strong immune system yet doesn’t catch something there? On 2 separate occasions we’ve waited 30 plus minutes in the waiting room for our appointments that were previously scheduled months beforehand. The nurses have mixed us up with other patients in other rooms and it usually feels like no one has any clue or idea on what is going on."
