The morning after Superstore Sandy (2012) I called Anselm and the first thing he asked was how did we fare, is everyone ok--then he told me don't worry, I've got your file with me, I'm on it. He made the whole trauma a little easier than what some neighbors and friends experienced that weren't covered with Anselm. If you email him any hour of the day or night, he writes back in minutes; if you call his office, his team is super efficient and puts you through to speak with him when you ask to speak with him but typically it's like speaking Anselm when you can his office. We moved out of state and he is not licensed where we live. We miss him. Not only it's Anselm a great insurance agent, he's a great human being. Thanks Anselm."
