"Preeja is an absolute angel. She helped me and my husband every step of the way when we had to change our home owners insurance policy. We were doing construction so we had to get a special type of policy and preeja made it her priority, making sure that we were able to get the policy we needed, with the coverage that we needed, and in time for our closing date. She answered every single question that we had and there were multiple, and she answered them in record times. And always with a smile. I can't say enough great things about her."

"Allstate took the liberty to have charges and drivers added to my account without my authorization or notification though it’s in ll my name on the account and my name on the bank account that pays them. When I called to have the issues sorted out which I thought would be an easy process considering they freely took the liberty to makes the changes and charge me turned out to be not the case. I spoke to multiple reps at this location (which I was under the impression is their job to manage my account) were polite and professional but completely useless. They essentially told me that their only job is to simply sell insurance not customer service. They told me that the only thing I could do is complain to the help line that you can only call after 5 o’clock est. They were absolutely no help in providing me contact information to have the problem resolved. When asked how could my account changed without my consent they simply replied “that’s just how it is”. Basically this company is willing to change your plans without notice and unwilling to help you fix them after doing so."
