"Costumer service is Honorable. They will call you if they need something from you but if your automatic payment fails to process they do not call you they just let you policy expire. No phone Calls or email, they simply send send out a letter from the corporate office. Then when you ask for prof they give you info saying they sent it you your proper address that has no delivery conformation on it. This is just bad business. Oh Dick but please keep sending me all the junk emails. Thanks a lot Dick."
