"They lost my chat logs with my rep Trisha after speaking with them for over half an hour about some issues on 2-22-2023, during which I was told contradictory information about in-network doctors. The rep even took down my phone # and email which were the same as on my account, but never called or messaged me back. These were pretty important issues (which Trisha seemed to contradict herself on), so immediately after I tried chatting with another rep, Rowena, who said she would message Trisha to call me back asap that day, might take a few hours. Trisha never called me back. Long story short, we got disconnected and now BCBS claim they can't look up my chat logs which for some reason they either never saved or deleted."
