"I honestly thought I had the best experience at this site, what I experienced I don’t wish on anyone. I went in for a pregnancy termination this year, Chelsea Faso, MD was the one who did the procedure on me. Everything went well from the check in (staff were sweet etc) the procedure was quick, looking back it was too quick .. was monitored in the recovery room until I was able to go home. 3 days after, I was experiencing heavy bleeding, and horrible cramping! Called the site, Went in for a follow up, an ultrasound was done. Right away the PA said I needed a second procedure ASAP because I had tissue findings behind. exam findings: villi, gestational sac and membranes to be clear. TRAUMATIZING ! YES, I felt anguish thinking I’d have to repeat this a second time, I was afraid, and terrified going through all kinds of emotions. I did asked the PA, “ is this something normal/common?” She said no. The disappointment I felt bc I trusted a professional Dr. Faso.. messed me up So I undergo - suction procedure a second time. This time she’s present however a training resident performed the procedure ; Karol Serafin, MD Thankfully all went well.. they had the monitor to make sure nothing was left again..I’m mentally going through a rough time from this. It’s mournful"

Dr Chelsea Faso , Kristina , Sandra , Glendy, Kitty the counselor .All located in Hempstead . when I went there , They made me feel so comfortable and there were all so sweet . Thank you all for being there for me. They did everything they can to make me feel like home . I really appreciate all the love from this location. I would really recommend anyone to come here , u would never feel uncomfortable. Thank you all! Sorry if I misspelled anyone’s name!"

"PA Lynn Gomez was amazing. Super-friendly, attentive and open to questions. Would highly recommend her. My only complaint was the nurse who did the bloodwork. She punctured one of my right arm veins that I bled out more than I usually do/should (I get blood work done regularly so, this was a bit concerning). She attempted my left vein but was literally moving the needle around to find a vein which was incredibly uncomfortable and painful to sit through. Other than that, I would say the actual providers are the best part. I didn’t get a hard time from the receptionist’s desk, but I can see why people would say they’re not great. They weren’t super smiley but they weren’t rude either."
