"My insurance was cancelled but I wasn’t notified of it. I was still receiving phone calls and email reminders each month to pay which I did . My account even still shows ‘current’ to this day & I was told that nothing can be done to either re-add the insurance or get a refund for at least 2 months of payments . I was also advised that I could make a payment using the website or call over the phone when I first signed up December of 2022. Now they are stating that the website isn’t recommended because it’s delayed . There was no accountability on their part in regards to notifying me that my coverage was cancelled . The payment portal and the insurance portal should be in unison ."
