"This is the worst insurance I would not recommend after years of having this insurance they really became bad and giving hassles to get services. Then when you call to speed up process they do not help you, they hang up on you, or if you wait to end of line to rate the service they hold the line transfer you else where so you do not rate the caller and service you received! Would not recommend for nothing in the world"

"If you want to visit the center, you first need to make an appointment and be there atleast 5 mins earlier. They have to follow the NY state rules so no more than 7 people inside the center at a time. Mask is required. Mr. Julio customer service agent who attended me was really helpful. I am satisfied with his work, honest and explained really clear. Even though we can do anything online and asking by phone but the best way is see the agent. I called twice last week and got hanged up from Customer service many times so whatever new normal life changes but talk directly to the person still be the best option."

"bad service very bad DO NOT go with VILMA CRILLO she says she is a market place facilitated Enrolled and what she is an intimidator saying she a detective and saying to my mom that she we going to call the police on her just because she wanted to do her insurance without my dad because they are separated. Saying and accusing my mother of fraud and saying that even her resident papers she would take away because my mother was lying in which she was not and saying she was recording the conversation which I know that's against the law they have to let you know they are recording you. My mother is a very legal person takes things seriously but this women has no right to say these things. she should get fired !!!!!"
