"My son started fencing at this fencing school/club during the tough (on kids) pandemic era with Coach Susan Monardo and the Blade Runner Fencing assistant coaches. He had lost his love of sports during the onset of high school after participating for a decade in competitive soccer and martial arts. Blade Runner Fencing rekindled the passion for sports and more. It has become such an integral part of his life. Coach Susan and the assistant coaches are patient, informative, and awesome with students of all ages (pre-K, K-12, college, retirees). Fencing is often coined "Physical Chess." It is indeed and Blade Runner does a excellent job of teaching the requisite skills, building confidence, and fostering a fun, safe, and supportive environment. I highly recommend the school."
