"The girl with the glasses was the only associate that was trying to help us however, the manager at the front who has a muffin top and looks quite heavy, was giving my family and I stares and trying to hold back her laugh making us extremely uncomfortable. Clearly, she knows nothing about customer service and creating a positive atmosphere and shopping experience. The sneakers were all out of place and there was sneakers that were in stock, but could not be found. I definitely would not come back and that Manager needs to go because those little laughs and stares will get her nowhere."
