If you’re looking to help your child channel that extra energy with an extra curriculum activity, this is definitely the way to go. The instructors are extremely patient for the little ones, who may need that extra attention, & even take part in activities outside of practice for example we recently went out a trip skating which gave both the kids & parents a chance to connect and bond aside from martial arts!
