"I started at ECF in Lynbrook back in January and it was the best decision ever! I started with taking boxing and Kickboxing and recently started Brazilian jujitsu. The classes are great because they cater to all levels, beginners and advanced. I am not very coordinated and it’s hard for me to remember the moves but that doesn’t matter at ECF. The Coaches are so patient and always check on each student in the class to see if we need help and make sure we get the technique down. I never thought I would be a gym person but ECF makes it a learning experience while getting a serious work out and sweating your butt off! There are even kid classes! Join ECF if you want to learn some amazing skills, self defense or just want to get an amazing workout! ECF also has safety and sanitizing procedures for each student and each class. The gym is constantly being sanitized which makes everyone feel safe!"
