"I've been coming to this gym for almost two years and the front desk ladies (shout out to Joyce and Tanya) have made my early morning gym sessions a little bit easier with their kindness! Joyce has been there since day one of my membership and will always listen to my questions or concerns. I'm looking forward to the upgrades within this year at the gym. See you soon!"

"The morning staff is always very pleasant, you’ll be lucky to get greeted by the evening staff including management. The only time they seem to have a voice is when they’re repeatedly mentioning that the gym is about to close. Not to mention constantly flickering the lights then shutting them off completely, even if you’re getting dressed in the locker rooms. Customer service is not the best at this location and they’re hours sucks on the weekends."

"Christian is an excellent instructor and trainer. He’s respectful, knowledgeable and attentive. However we need to have our class in the big room because all the men who do not know how to use weights and keep banging is very distracting for our class."

"Been going to this gym for little under a year now. Friendly staff, like Joyce, thatll greet you with a smile every time, great equipment within a spacious layout. My favorite part is actually the sauna after an intense workout!"

"The Men’s steam room seems to turn off sometime after 9pm without any notice or sign, only that the 3 red lights next to the steam room entrance don’t turn on. I’ve already called the Gym a couple weeks ago about It, but It never got resolved. Other then that the Gym is nice."
