"Professor Miguel provides practical BJJ technique with an in-depth explanation of each scenario. There's plenty of time to drill in different positions so the student can use what they have learned in the very next roll. Professor Miguel welcomed me with open arms when I told him I was visiting from out of town. He even went as far as to loan me a Gi so I could attend an additional class. There's no doubt this would be my home gym if I lived in New York but I highly recommend training here to anyone who lives in the surrounding area or is stopping by!"
