"This is by far the worst insurance agency ever. Their management team and supervisors never return calls as they have said they would. They keep you on the phone waiting for hours and never resolve the problems that they created i.e. not paying a bill and causing it to go to collections thus stopping medical needs to be halted until it’s payed but yet this company will not pay even though it is their obligation. If you have a choice, do yourself a favor and choose a different insurance agency."
