"Switched to statefarm as allatate was getting way to expensive car n home-- alex was alwsys good till recently- i always payed bill on cars 6months on auto charge but they had clitch in system which kept charging my card i called n they take it off then next month had again finally girl took me off auto so it stop - said she reput me on in few months - well 6 month later n im getting late fee notice n cancelation - never was put on - called alex n was told i have to pay xtra - argued till no avail- i paid now- then homeowners went up also xtra 40 bucks -- so we called statefarm save 240 bucks so"
"I wanted to take a moment to say how amazing Alex is! I do not have Allstate Ins, my older parents do. They have no clue who their Agent is (he’s not even in WNY). He has been of no assistance to them. I telephoned Alex today in an attempt to assist my parents with a situation - Alex was fantastic! He was kind, professional and was more than willing to take time out of his day and assist me answering some questions. He even pulled up my parents policy information and did a once over to assess their policy coverage etc. Alex went above and beyond! It truly is hard to find good QUALITY Customer Service these days, let alone someone willing to assist when he doesn’t even have to! If your thinking about calling, don’t hesitate! "I've been with Allstate in FOUR different states (four is not ALL, but still...) since I began to drive in the 1970s. When I moved back to my "home" state of New York in 2002, I joined the Chrzanowski Agency. I only drive a few hundred miles each year, and so my most frequent car problem is having to keep the battery charged! But Allstate saved me some money on a windshield replacement I had a while back, even though I have no coverage for glass. They have served me well for nearly two decades now, and Allstate served me well in the three decades prior to that in other states. My only issue is that since I rarely use a cell phone, ever since I went Full Paperless Mode, I no longer get the PROOF OF INSURANCE CARD mailed to me, and when I ordered it online, it seemed to take months to arrive. I am afraid that if I ever get stopped (as I did a few years ago for my past-due Inspection Sticker -- I was waiting to replace the windshield!), I wonder if I'll be cited for failure to show proof of insurance. Even if I did bring my cell phone with me, I have never used the Allstate App, and I would actually be reluctant to hand a police officer a cell phone these days. I wish they would MAKE IT EASY to stay "paperless" and still get the PROOF OF INSURANCE CARD either through the mail (automatically) or in a PDF file which I could then print. Maybe they already do have this on the site, but this used to be mailed to me and just placed into the car, and now it requires that I spend time and effort to figure out the best way to do this. Anyway, it's my issue and I own it, but right now, I have no proof of insurance should I be asked to show one. I am reluctant to go off "paperless" mode and start getting the bill and other things via the mail, when I just need the proof of insurance form. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer!
