"AWFUL and OVERRATED! This salon will treat you as they please. Not only did they keep rescheduling my appointment for “VIP’s” but they are incredibly rude and arrogant. But when I tried to change my appointment due to my travel schedule, they wanted to charge me full price. Lena thinks she is the next best thing since sliced bread. On my first appointment, I was subjected to micro-aggressions by Lena, who has no clue about my country of birth and thought she was being woke and progressive. This place is seriously a joke. More ego than necessary. Save your money and go elsewhere."

"DO NOT GO To LENA OTT and Salon.. She was recommended by a celebrity client.I went yesterday with roots and old highlights that needed brightening for highlights. She gave me a single process and I now have orange hair throughout my head. She didn't check the sides or back where the color damage is much worse. I called back today at 11 am when opening the receptionist said she is not in but her partner can fix it and she will call me back. The receptionist never called so I called back at 1 pm to be transferred to an condescending and rude manager who said he will refund me the money. I said I have an event tomorrow and I do not want a refund I need it fixed. His responses is no we can't do that we are not a good fit.. This is $600.00 for single process and her tip of $120.00 and this is how I was treated..."

"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. It's absolutely horrible. The colorist was dying their own her while finishing mine -- it felt like they didn't care at all, and they didn't even check the color after we finished rinsing and just sent me to dry it myself without looking at it -- I eventually just walked out. I tipped anyway, everyone should be paid for their time, but would never return. I'll never come back to this salon again, this is absolutely a nightmare, and so disrespectful to not even check to make sure i felt okay with the color, or even really speak at all -- they did the opposite of what i asked for, my hair is FRIED. if you have textured hair DO NOT GO HERE. I don't know if they were even listening to me. I felt so not cared for by this salon in general. Everyone here feels like they think are just "so cool" that they don't need to do any customer service. my hair is destroyed and looks absolutely terrible that i am wearing a hat every day until another salon will fix it. I will never recommend this place to anyone ever again and i hope they teach their employees how to look after people and make them feel safe when they put their trust in them with their hair. DO NOT GO. They might treat you well if you are famous and they can use your image to make them look good, but guess what, maybe you don't know who someone is... you messed up."
