"I was not going to post a review, but I decided to do so, after all, to relieve my stress. I have been a client here for several years. The stylists are excellent. However, I have had two stressful experiences, both times the stress caused by the stylists's lateness. Both times, my stylist was close to an hour late. One time, I had a child with me, and the second time, I was about to leave town on a business trip. That second time, the lateness of the stylist resulted in a disappointing haircut. I feel that this tardiness demonstrates a lack of respect and professionalism. I will no longer be a client here."

"Ilka is a very talented hair stylist - her balayage coloring and cuts are nuanced and provide a lot of dimension. Despite my black hair, lightening it to a light brown required no bleach and minimal damage! She gives the best recommendations in terms of length and color that best suit my face and skin tone. She’s wonderful at explaining the process, and a joy to chat with. She’s detail oriented and my hair comes out perfect. I get so many compliments!"
