"Twice called for 15 month old and 5 year old Both had fevers cough runny eyes . Told no appointments and to go to a walk in. Staff did t ask age or symptoms and when I told them again they said no appointments. Both kids have been their patients since birth and the fact that they do not see sick patients if all slots are filled is beyond my comprehension. I would not recommend this Northwell group to anybody. Both kids had upper respiratory infections and ear infections and were given antibiotics from a walk in but that is not what I want from a pediatric group. Do not use this group if u are looking for a pediatrician"

"Honestly so fustrated with the staff. Just tired of having to deal with the rude people in the front and then it’s like they don’t care. I keep giving chances and EVerytime it’s something new. They’re always in a rush they don’t listen to your concerns and then they treat you like you’re not human. I do not recommend and will be doing a complaint on this doctors office."
