"Appointment was made and the appointment was not honored. Walk ins are taken before appointments. Was told there was a two hour wait with appointment. Why offer appointments if you do not honor them. My family and I have never had a problem here before. Always great even at the busiest of times."
"I had an appointment and it didn’t seem to matter. Everyone arriving after me got seen before me, even people without an appointment. I also filled out my paperwork online so there’s literally no reason why I shouldn’t have been seen. Additionally, the woman working at the front desk who is supposed to be bilingual (English Spanish) doesn’t speak Spanish. I speak more Spanish than her and I only took it in high school for 3 years. Don’t go here if you value your time."

"I was thankful that this Urgent Care Center was open on Christmas. I was really ill. The wait was very long even though I had an appointment, but who can blame them on Christmas. Samantha the PA was very courteous, thorough, professional and competent. I was able to get prescriptions for 2 meds that seem to be helping just a few hours later."
