"Received a call from Catholic Home Care the day after my mother was discharged from the hospital. They called my cell phone which was the phone number we gave the hospital for all communications. I was told they would call me back "at this same number" to schedule an in home visit. I hear nothing. I call them a week later and learn that they called my parents' home phone the day after speaking with me. My father, who is hard of hearing, "declined in home care". He couldn't hear them and thought they were telemarketers. I was informed that I will now need a new referral from her doctor because the hospital referral is too old."

"I suppose it's possible that a home health agency could be worse, but it's hard to imagine. It's amateur hour with this agency and the nurses. One nurse telling me conspiracy theories about Covid, none of them wearing appropriate masks with Covid/Flu/RSV all over the place, non responsive team leader, literally does not answer phone calls, patient has been home 4 days already and not heard from PT, OT, Social Worker, or bath aide. Another patient in our household had VNS and by now he already had PT session and appointments lined up for everything else. Also, the nurses sent to him seemed like real nurses, not like some of the kind found in the awful rehabs. Patrick O'Shannessy the head of Catholic Health Care - are you asleep at the wheel here?"

"I had a very good experience with my nurse Danielle. After my surgery she came to my home and monitored my blood pressure, checked my medications, and guided me through my healing. Nurse Danielle was compassionate, knowledgeable, and always on time. I appreciate everything that she has done during her time with me!"

"We have used CH for the last year. Mom has been in/out hospital. She is 91yrs old and needs a lot of attention. Jason physical therapist wonderful. Tiffany & Christine excellent nurses. Sandra her personal aide and all the aides personable professionals. An outstanding team. Thank you"
