"First and foremost I just want to say WOW! From the girls at the front to the therapist in the back, everything was outstanding. I am new in town and have been looking for a new spa to call home. Val at the front is an absolute gem—helpful, and incredibly patient. Her kindness and willingness to assist create a positive and uplifting atmosphere at the spa. This Hand and Stone is a true delight, I even decided to sign up for the membership. I can’t wait to be back for my massage next month. I highly recommend this place 10/10"

"Your biggest mistake is to give your card to these people. My husband and I canceled the membership months ago.. there was a girl working and she even called the manager to cancel it (apparently she can’t do it herself) after it was canceled we were told “your membership has been cancelled, you’re good to go” and we never went back.. Now we just received a call from “a manger Ally” saying that we have 7 sessions (which means they kept charging our card after we had canceled the membership) these people deserve jail for using our card unauthorized after being canceled. She said “you’re not getting the money back just come and use the sessions and you have until 3/24” This is not how customers are supposed to be treated. Our money got stolen and we are getting it back.!!"

"I wish I read these reviews before booking a facial here and giving them my credit card. I was reluctant to give them my card being I had a gift certificate, but they said that is their policy. In the past I have never had to give my CC to make an appointment, but now I know why they do this. They go ahead and charge without authorization! First, the facial was done very poorly, I didn't expect to have the best experience, but this was bad. Gift card was valued at 99 dollars, what a waste. Dealing with Ally was totally a waste of my time, she wouldn't even consider a resolution to my complaint. I will now deal with my CC company to get a refund for an unauthorized charge. In response to your "automated" response, why would I contact you by phone or email, it took days to call me back and you offered no resolution. My CC company took care of the charges.... I know in the future never to give my CC to an establishment before services. SCAM"

"Have been a member of Hands and Stone for a few months. I don't typically leave reviews but decided to leave one now because of my most recent visit. It's pretty routine here, you make your appointment, your greeted at the front desk by lovely woman, you get an amazing massage and repeat the process. For those who are reading this, I read alot of the reviews here and it seems many negative reviews are from people who have an issue with certain policies. If your simply seeking an excellent massage and excellent service, I highly recommend this place."
