"wanted a trim of the front and back and to shorten the sides and for her to layer my hair, showed her a picture of what i wanted too. she thinned my hair out, left the sides long and cut the front and back to kingdom come. come here if you want to ruin your life."

"This place is TERRIBLE!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! They don’t know what they’re doing!! I came here to get highlights in my hair and instead she bleached my whole head. Then she left the bleach on for too long and it started BURNING. She had to cut it all off because it was so dead. Go to an actual professional place NOT HERE. It’s not worth your time or money."
