"I called to schedule a haircut appointment. Before I called I wanted to make sure that they would be opened on the day I wanted to get my heir done. On the website it said they were open on that day. So I called and asked to ask to get a trim on that day. The person responded in a rude tone saying we’re not opened on that day. I said ok and was about to asked if they were available on another day. But I was cut off right after I said ok and she said ok bye. She hung up before I could even say bye or anything else."

"Extremely unhappy and a waste of alot of money, I wanted a blonde ombre and got a full head of highlights, pretty sure that's not the same thing, I have my wedding in a year from now I really hope this grows out by then but I wouldn't recommend this place at all, not to mention I personally like my golden blonde hair which now looks white...I don't understand but maybe communicating with your clients before you do stuff would be wise. I also showed a picture of what I wanted prior while I made the appointment but was never asked to see it again the day of appointment. Extremely not professional."

I found the staff to all be friendly and the salon to be clean and nicely decorated. I spoke to many customers, all of whom were friendly and love the salon and staff dearly. Brielle did my hair and I left happy and eager to return again soon. Highly recommended"
