"The salon was recently bought out and renovated by a different owner, but this new owner is incredible. The new prices and add-ins are great. Great threading service, quick, easy, and very affordable with great quality. My eyebrows were $6 total with tax. They fixed my arch, and gave my brows a really great shape. HIGHLY RECOMMEND"

"Clean place, no line, nice lady. I am not happy with the service because she put hot wax on my underarm skin. Another customer came in and she looked like wanted to finish and go. I suffered all night. Tried anything to calm it but no relief. Also, she just used 3 fabrics and the fabrics became heavy and difficult to work with so I have some scratches on my hand too. Im 48 years and did waxing since 19. I Came back the day after, neither that lady nor the owner were there. I explained what happened to me to other lady who was there and she called the owner. I explained again but owner asked me not to talk because there were some customers there and asked me to come back the day after to talk. And also asked me next time I ask for her to do my service. I won't come back. She told that worker works for 5 years with her and such a thing never happened before. I got photos . However, she neither apologized noe even seemed to be sorry. Never come back even considering this fact that I live in neighborhood and never suggest to any friend. I should check Yelp before going. At least this happened to another 4 people. Just saw the pictures."
