"I have been going to Chloe Nail & Spa my entire life. I’ve consistently gone back to Chloe’s to get my nails done even after moving to Manhattan. My nails always turn out amazing no matter the color, design, or shape. I used to get regular gel, switched to dip powder, and am now doing UV gel. I usually get my nails done by Chloe herself however all of the nail technicians are amazing. Any design I show Chloe, she is able to recreate it perfectly and it comes out even better than the photo I showed her. The prices are great and the outcome is definitely worth the money spent. I definitely recommend going to Chloe Nail & Spa."

"Chloe nails in Great Neck is one of the best nail salons you can go to if you live in the Little Neck/Douglaston or Manhasset area. They are all very friendly and they take their time on you. This salon is also very clean and they take you on time for your appointment. I have been going there for years, and Chloe (owner) does my nails. I can show her any kind of design I want and she makes it happen. Once you go there one time, you will never want to go to another nail salon again. I always get compliments on my nails and they last me for at least 3 weeks. Give them a try next time you are in the area. They are in a shopping center so it's always easy to find parking. Best salon you can go to. It's worth the money!! You will be very pleased!!! :)"

"Absolutely horrible job by Michelle, and Chloe is just rude. You can’t point out mistakes because they get annoyed and then refuse to fix it properly. Uneven job and Michelle didn’t get the nail polish fully on my nail. I had to point out numerous times to fix my nails and redo it and she would get annoyed and start talking to Chloe in her language. Which was likely something very negative about me. I asked her to fix my pinky nail, one was much longer than the other. She says my nail beds are a different size, which is false and I called her out on that statement. Then she says “oh too much nail polish on the right hand so the nail is bigger”. She refused to fix it, she laughed and said “it’s fine!” $40 for powder dip and Chloe decides to charge me $5 because I used 2 other colors. After screwing up my nails you have some audacity to be charging me an additional $5. I’m paying you a service, it’s your job to do it correctly not get an attitude about it and then refuse to fix it and laugh it off like it’s nothing, that’s gaslighting. I just finished getting my nails done and now I’m on my way to another nail salon to get it fixed. You lost a client, and I will never return to this place. First photo is my 2 pinky nails side by side, one is longer than the other and shaped differently (Michelle refused to fix it). The second photo is a bad job on the blue nail, uneven shape and lumpy and the pinky nail barely had polish at the tip (Michelle tried to fix it once but didn’t do it right and then she refused to do it again). I’m not new to getting my nails done either. I get them done 2-3 times a month but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. I left very unhappy and angry that they could actually do this, but I didn’t say anything. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Go somewhere else for your nails. UPDATE: I went to Glen Oak Nails, they took a look and said that it was a very uneven job. One of the nail techs fixed it and it looks better than it did."
