U1 Nail & Eyelash

"The store is clean. But something feels weird. I went there for eyelashes, the pillow for eyelash has dropped eyelashs on it. They provide different price but only one materials. I feel tingling when I wash my face or comb my eyelashes. Also，it's not a soft material to the touch. This was also the first time that I experienced anything other than removing my eyelashes, I could feel the lady who was doing my eyelash was removing something for me, which made me feel uncomfortable during the process. Last thing is I bought coupon from Groupon. They denied it because they changed owner. Then you should remove or ask customer before the appointment. I will not recommend this store to my family or friends."

"I used to love this place for getting my lashes now. Now, the lady who did my lashes are not there anymore. I did my lashes with a new person in the store and she was very nice, but the owner had a very BAD attitude. The lady who did my lashes complained that the glue wasn’t working. She kept going back upstairs to ask the owner if there is any other glue / new glue that she can use. After she got a new one, it still couldn’t glue. I was there from 10am -12:00pm. 2 hours, still couldn’t get it finished ( i asked for 100 lashes on each eye). I really had to go at 12pm, so I asked her to finish it up. When I was paying at the front, the owner refused to promise me to go back within a week to do a free refill with an attitude. Until I asked the lady who did my lashes, she said I don’t have 100 lashes on each eye, then the owner just went said, then its your problem. Will never come back again!!! The owner is only nice when she wants your money, and doesn’t care about the customers!"

"First time guest at U1 Nails. My co worker and I walked in and they took us in right away. Ambience feels homey, very neat and clean. Lots of pretty colors to choose from which I Love. Prices are good. I did gel manicure and regular pedi for $59. Both ladies that did my pedi and gel manicure were very detailed. Too bad I didn't get their names. They paint your nails corner to corner. Very nice!! I love my nails. Definitely will be going back."

"I came here with my sister right before the holidays. We were impressed by the interior design and the customer service. This place is super cute and clean. You don’t smell the bad odor a typical nail salon has. The ladies did a great job on ours nails. Highly recommend it!"
