"Wow!!! What an experience! I was feeling very sore and my muscles were so tight from working out at the gym. I came out feeling like a million bucks. First of all, Nick was such a delight. He's very pleasant, always has a smile on his face and most of all very informative. He explained me how everything works, what to expect and what are the benefits of the lymphatic massage. He asked me what I want to accomplish and what I want to attain from this. The session was an hour long, it's a mixture of massage, wood and cavitation. It really helped my muscles loosen up and like I said it was very relaxing. The place is very well located, it's literally outside Grand central which is very accessible. It's also very relaxing since they only do 1 on 1 sessions. Will definitely come back soon!!"
