"YOU CAN GET JAPANESE STRAIGHTENTING BUT DEFINITELY NEVER HAIR COLOR. Absolutely horrible service. It took me 7 hours to get japanese hair straightening done, process SHOULDVE taken most at 3-4 hours. I’m satisfied with the results but they also make you do blow drying and stuff like that on your own, they charge different prices to everyone sometimes $230 or $270, and absolutely never get your hair colored here, I’ve seen multiple customers on the verge of tears when they leave after getting their hair colored. My mother also got her hair colored, and it is horrible it looks like a 10 year old drew on her hair with color chalks and it’s too late to fix it."

"I went there today with my lady cause she was gonna get her hair done. I got to say, these people know their stuff. She went in all frizzied up and came out with hair as soft as silk. She looks 20 years younger. The only qualm that I have is that they wouldn't do permanent eyebrows on men. I need eyebrows. I would've gladly paid the $300 dollars for it."
