"Used a push pin / thumb tack to poke my pores came with no pimples left with about a handful , try to make us pay $25 tip plus 9% tax after we paid the full price on Groupon , double booked me and my bestie by giving me and her and two other ladies the same appointment time with only 2 workers one who doesn’t speak English and the other one who speaks fluently 0/10 would not recommend."

"My partner and I stumbled upon them randomly as we walked by and took a chance as there weren’t many reviews online. It turned out to be a great find, a smaller shop but a gem! My partner and I came here twice and both times the technicians were very friendly and thorough. The facilities are clean and comfortable. They offer a special promotion of $55 for a facial which includes extractions, steaming, cleansing, hydration and also brow clean up and facial and shoulder massage. The two ladies Apple and May knows what they are doing and spends a lot of time on each part of the treatment. For $10+ we also added in a serum for extra anti-inflammation and scar removal. Both times, we left the spa feeling like our faces are refreshed. We would have gotten the package if we are in NY more consistently because of the quality of treatment and value we received. They do try to get you to sign up for the package or add on a few items a few times during the session which is the one caveat but otherwise the ladies are friendly and mean well."

"This is the best spa in Chinatown hands down! The space is new so it's very clean and there are separate rooms for the facials and massages so it's quiet, intimate and relaxing. They also have bigger rooms so if you want to come with your partner, family or friends, you can get the treatments together! For the facials, they spent a long time cleaning the blackheads and whiteheads out of my pores. They also used a cooling mask after that helped reduced the redness. I felt so clean and amazing afterwards. I also enjoyed the massage a lot because they have traditional massage treatment but also have other traditional chinese massage treatments too! Would definitely come back for other treatments and packages!"

"Hidden little gem. I got a facial from May and massage from April. They know what they are doing, April are able to get all the knots out and knows the pressure point. Excellent place with good prices. Will visit again!!"
