"I have been going to this salon regualarly for 2+ years and have never had a worse experience. I usually go to Mandy who is great but this time I had an older women (i didn’t get her name) who was awful. I asked for dip powder as I’ve gotten for the past 2 years. She very rudely tried to convince me to do poly gel. When i declined, she was super rough and aggressive and kept hurting me multiple times and was rushing through every process. At one point after she burned my nails with the drill for the 10th time she claimed it was because i chose to do dip powder instead of the poly gel that she suggested. She was pulling, swatting, being so rough with my hands and nails and being so rude and unprofessional. She was speeding so much that when we went to do my cuticles she cut me on the first 2 nails. (pictures below) When i asked her to slow down and be careful she responded “do you want me to not cut them?” as if by doing a bad job she could be done with me. She was rough, rude, and physically hurt me. Even though i’ve gone here for years I will never come back. Awful experience."

"Okay so I got an acrylic manicure and a regular pedicure. The nail tech, Candy did my manicure and did an amazing job! She is so experienced, quick and I felt so comfortable in her hands. She has an instagram you can follow too. I asked her to do the new hailey Bieber glazed donut nails and she didn't disappoint. The prices are fair and I loved the finished nails. As for my pedicure, I'm not sure who started with it - a young brunette, I wouldn't have her do it again but the woman who finished them - did an incredible job. This is my go to spot!"

"This is my new favorite go-to salon! I came in for an acrylic fill-in and found this gem. Candy has been a nail artist for 20 years so if you’re looking for someone quick, efficient, and experienced, I highly recommend her and her staff. When I researched other salons, they included limited services (only gel or regular polish) so I was very glad to find someone who could do acrylic. I mean…look at photos of their previous work! She did my ombré French nail design literally in 10 minutes. I’m in love and will certainly come back to Mc Prime Nails Studio."
