She was knowledgeable, thorough, guided me through the steps, gave a lovely massage and tailored her recommendations to what my skin needed, even the various parts of my skin that needs different things based on changes she noticed in levels of hydration, textures and problem areas. And the extractions, are of course never pleasant but I get facials to target areas I’m unable to so I really appreciated Sara’s attention to detail during this part. Lastly, I could feel the quality in the products used. Highly recommend."
