"Refusal of service to Black people in October 2023 We are black folks and we know when racist moments occur. If I could rate these nasty, racist people lower than 1 star I would. My wife went to get her face threaded. After waiting for so long for service, a white lady who wasn't there even half as long gets called in front of my wife. After the worker finished, without even apologising, got up and went into the backroom. I am glad that my wife made it clear how she felt before leaving, tears in her eyes. Refusal of service to black people. It is 2023. We do not accept your apology that you only gave after I called. We do not recommend. They are unprofessional and rude. Again, we hope you never treat any black person like that again. My wife will never be in attendance again. My wife ended up going to Jassie Eyebrow Salon on 5th Ave, where she was treated like a regular customer. Their excellent customer service is appreciated. Thanks Mina!"

"The old lady is careless and tries to get the task requested over with quickly, I told her don’t touch the top of my eye brows, she just went in a chunk and now they are uneven, the the for the tint, she told me 10 min; after 4.5 min she told me lets to and wiped them off. She is horrible. They probably all bad, but the old fat ugly lady is where you should be cerefull"
