"They have terrible customer service. Definitely not family owned. Running late for one appointment for the first time and charged me half of my gift card that my daughter gave my for my birthday. I asked to reschedule so as not to be penalized and they gave me the finger. Liz p the “manager” did not budge with their policy. Awful. All they care about is your money and will screw customers over."

"I arrived ten mins early for a 4 o clock appointment but the massage didn’t begin until about 4:10. The massage promptly ended at 4:50 though and it was not very relaxing. My massage therapist, Ophelia, was strong. I asked her to use less force eventually. Overall the massage was pretty good but I was annoyed with the duration."
