"if i could rate this with no stars, i would. i went to go get highlights in my hair. absolutely atrocious experience. I had Wendy do my hair; not only was she rude and unprofessional, she does not care about the clients wellbeing. after applying bleach to my hair, she placed a shower cap on my head to heat and process. the shower cap was smeared in bleach, and she placed it too far down because she placed the edge of the cap directly onto my eyes and eyelids. as a reaction, i just adjusted it upward towards my hairline; and she yelled at me to not touch my own head, and swatted my hands away. She pulled the cap right back down- not seeing what she was doing. thanks to her, i got bleach in my eye. i had to wipe it away with the back of my hand. Furthermore. she was rude to staff. everyone is scared of her. she speaks as if she is the only person who knows how to do hair there. she gives no clear direction. she spoke rudely to other people; saying “mind ya business,” and “i don’t have time for this.” didn’t consult me on the color after requesting twice. repeating “we’ll play with it,” as her response. She refused to tell me the color after processing. Charged more than she should have. i was so annoyed, i left with cleaned but wet hair so i no longer had to deal with her. NEVER coming back here again."
