"I must start this message by saying this was my first time visiting this location and I kind of felt excited as it came highly recommended. The salon itself is nice and clean. The staff is horrible. I did not feel welcomed at all. "what you want" was the first word that came out of the girl in the front area. I finally sat with the Tech -Who happens to be the owner "Lucy". She does not know her head from her feet. She kept answering phone calls and setting up appointments while taking care of me. My french powder is the worst I have ever had done. It gets better. ... I had scheduled a pedicure (I should have just left after the nails) but decided to give it a shot. This man shows up out of nowhere and starts setting me up for pedicure. I thought okay- let's try it. THE WORST PEDICURE! ! ! HE DID NOTHING TO MY TOES/FEET. Quite honestly, I think he was just placed there to cover as "Lucy" got very busy.....MY ADVICE - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME AT THIS PLACE!"
