"Please allow me to start by saying, I do not leave these types of negative reviews. This will be my first one in fact. As a family desperate to seek counseling for their child in need, I spoke with relief to Samantha about starting services with her. She took down information and we scheduled a first visit. The days before that visit she asked that I call to confirm. I left several voicemails the three business days leading up to our appointment with no return calls. I also never received the new patient paperwork via email as we had discussed. Hoping there was some misunderstanding, my family showed up for our appointment. We waited 35 minutes (to be sure I didn't have the wrong time) and called the other 2 phone numbers listed for the practice. It has been two weeks since the incident, and I NEVER received so much as a single call back or response for explanation. In these times where acquiring a pediatric therapist can be so challenging to begin with, we lost FOUR WEEKS of searching for someone who would actually keep in contact and help our son. To say I am frustrated and disappointed is an understatement. This was seriously unprofessional conduct."
