"The staff and Dr Wolf is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My reason for the 3 star review is because their billing department is HORRENDOUS! We were not aware that our insurance policy did not cover routine care, though the billing department did not do their due diligence, making us aware, instead they kept billing and now we have a ridiculous balance we owe. And the only reason we found out of this balance is because I called to schedule a sick visit for my son and was told we are not allowed to schedule with them because of the outstanding balance."

"My 1 month old son had an appointment 3 days ago. They roomed us directly across the hall from the sick kids exit. Maybe 3 feet away from the door. Now my son and I are sick. We haven’t left the house since thanksgiving so we had to have acquired this at the pediatrician office. I wish they had been more thoughtful when rooming my 1 month old. Please be aware of where you are being escorted around in the office. I hope the staff is more cognizant of this going forward. I’m truly considering going elsewhere for his 2 month appointment. I don’t trust that they have my son’s best interest in mind."

"Upon arrival for my daughters first appointment, the front office staff were very welcoming and friendly. The cleanliness of the waiting room (and exam room) is very well kept up. I really liked seeing a separate waiting room for well patients and for sick. Being taken back, our nurse was very nice and gentle with my daughter to help make her feel more comfortable as she was upset in a new place. We chose Dr. Pepe as her provider and have absolutely no regrets. She was very informational with all of my questions and concerns and worked very well with my daughter while being very thorough, gentle, and interactive through my daughter's emotions. I would highly recommend Suburban Pediatrics and Dr. Pepe for anybody looking for pediatrician they can be confident in for their child/children."

"We started going here 2 years ago with our first baby. We met Dr.Ulrich for our first appointment and she was absolutely amazing. We just recently had our second baby and Dr.Ulrich is still the only Dr We see here. She is thorough and takes her time to answer your questions. The nurses and counter staff are sweet and attentive as well. Love this practice (we go to the alden office) and have no desire to switch"

They are timely in responding to sick calls and are always so understanding and thoughtful when they speak with me. They treat my concerns as valid and never dismiss them. This office is outstanding.
