"Former cosmetology student been doing hair for over 21 years .I've been going to CosmoProf for over 21 years. Yes, the store is only for professional cosmetologists and barbers. Having going for a long time and noticed that the store has changed completely. Sometimes it's stuck sometimes it's not. Yes it is very clean and sometimes the women that work there are not cosmetologist. They are only people who work there. Like I said the store has changed a lot. I usually only had to give my card showing that that was proof for my purchases and who I was. I understand policies and that they are only allowed to sell to professional people that have licensing which is completely understandable and that's how it should be. But recently I have gone in and I have noticed that there was no welcome walking into the store. Also when I would buy things I was rudely asked for my phone number to check out my products Then also I was proofed to see if that was who I was with my license. I don't know if this is the new policy which can be understandable to see who is buying the product but being asked rudely and show no respect to your customers is going to diminish the company not everybody needs to be rude to people and there should also be a professional manner when checking somebody out. I understand that there are no bags now which is okay . But how are you going to take bags away from your customers when you were doing paper bags especially when we can come and spending hundreds of dollars your company can't afford to buy paper bags. Clear Your company is doing well since you've been there for a long time maybe charge your customers for the paper bag but having to bring in your own bag I think is completely ridiculous . What if you have people bringing in their own bags and they have maybe bugs or something in their car or they even have bugs in their house? I mean, let's think about this. It's kind of unsanitary to bring in your own stuff when other stores allow to have you buy their bags."

"I have bought barber supplies here for years and have always found the Customer service people to be kind helpful, courteous and professional. The store is well stocked and always have what I need at a good price. Highly recommended A+++"

"If I wasn't licensed I don't know what I would do if I couldn't shop there! Sometimes though, they run low/out of stuff like color but I think that's because that's where Continental gets all their supplies from. I kind of like the Greece store better but the Henrietta location is closer to me."
