"In disbelief that i was followed around the store due to the color of my skin from the moment i walked in! The elderly manager enza , said hello and asked if i needed help i said “No, thank you!” as she proceeded to follow me around the store from isle to isle and watch every product i picked up. She would NOT leave me alone and would try to converse about said products which is ironic considering how eventually when asked her a question she didn't even know they carried the brand or tell me what the products did and would offer me alternatives that were for completely different things (black hair care of course) . Upon realizing she simply did not possess the correct knowledge to help me and just wanted to “sell to me”/watch me i thanked her and walked away to find my items on my own. AGAIN we make eye contact when i notice her staring at me because i looked up to discover there were mirrors on the ceiling she was watching me from!!!! I wasn't the only one there as the store was busy but was the only one being pursued around the store. Eventually with the frustration I couldn't find the products i needed on account of the manager and the store being a chaotic jumble of things piled on top of eachother not to mention how dirty the store is! Everything even checkout is covered in dust and the floors are full of mud and footprints and to top everything off the rest of the staff look overall unprofessional with unkempt hair and with holes and stains on their clothing. They have awful attitudes and zero people skills and know nothing about any of the products they carry especially black hair care. As a local salon owner ive never been more disappointed with a sally's customer service as much as i was with this one. I will not be returning or spending another dime at this pitiful location. This store is in complete disarray and lacks proper management."

"It's a Sally Beauty. You know what it is. Pretty well stocked. The woman working there was very nice and helpful - she helped me and and several other people during my visit to find a particular product and with advice about what kind of thing they may be looking for."

"SMH... what has happened to Sally Beauty Supply. I went yesterday for temp hair color for my mother. The store manager showed me the hair spray but her attitude was more like I was annoying her. She watched and followed me around the store. Sigh, why? Im so tired of being treated like a criminal because of the color of my skin. I thought maybe she was having a bad day. I had to go back today and once again not only did she treat me like a nuisance but the woman at the register did the same thing. I tried to connect by making small talk with her but she remained flat. If you are reading this review (Ms. Manager), maybe you will understand how no matter who walks in those doors, male, female, black, white, or blue, we deserve respect. I hope this review will reach you and maybe help so the next person will not feel what I felt today."
