"Not worth your time. I was referred to Dr. Archer a couple years ago and she was great, but every visit takes at least 2 hours (90% waiting). They failed to notify me that Dr. Archer was leaving the practice until I showed up for my 6 month follow-up and they told me I didn't have an appointment and that Dr. Archer didn't even work there anymore. The front desk staff gaslit me by saying no one had ever told me I had an appointment that day, despite that I had an appointment card given to me the last time I was in with the date on it. Every phone call with them has been unpleasant with the staff sounding like they'd rather be anywhere else doing anything else. It's not worth your time or money to go here unless you have an abundance of both and can deal with the hostile environment. Extremely disappointing because I liked both Dr. Archer and Dr. Sieburth."

"Dr. Lopasic did my sister's (Lisa B)eyes, her cataracts. My sister has never been so happy. She can't stop talking about how grateful she is to Dr. Lopasic! She can see again! Her vision was bad before the surgery. Now she is seeing things brighter and better! She said that Dr. Lopasic and her team and the surgery team were very professional and would highly recommend her!"

"Dr. Lopasic is a great surgeon! Her immediate staff and Kayla are wonderful! I only have one problem. The staff at the front of the office are not very good. They are not helpful and act like they are hating every moment of helping you. They make mistakes. Yes, sometimes you have to wait, but I'm willing to wait because Dr. Lopasic is worth waiting for. If you need cataract surgery, she is the one to trust with your precious eyes. Thank you"

"I have been coming here for at least four years now. I have never had a problem with the eye doctors there. Everything has always been explained to me and they have always listened to me. The front staff has always been courteous. I give it only 3 stars because of the optician. I will never get glasses there again. I have left her 3 messages and no phone call back. I waited there for an hour for her to come into work and the front desk had no clue where she was. They finally called her but they couldn't get a definitive time. Then I tried calling in the morning to see if she was there and they told me she was but when I got there she was gone for the day. So frustrating especially since I have to take off work."

"I’m giving 2 stars because they have a great selection of frames but the great stops there. They had my name spelled wrong on the script, wouldn’t check the benefits of my plan at their office stating, “the patient should know that”, had to call myself after 2 weeks of waiting for my glasses and after finally getting a call to pick up my glasses, “no one was there” to give them to me even though there were 4 employees at the front desk. I also overheard an employee state, “it’s not my job” over and over again to another employee while I was in the exam room. The doc was good and so was the frame selection but need an overhaul in staff and process."
