"I absolutely love this practice ! I’ve moved around many places and had many experiences! I had a serious health scare and couldn’t have been more thankful with my provider Donna Marie Martocci. She made me feel safe and confident no matter what the outcome of result . She took her time and didn’t rush me out the door. They are on such a tight schedule there while trying to help their patients and I can say enough good things about all the providers nurses and staff at this location. I see some of these negative reviews. I guess it all depends on if you want good providers that actually care and empathize with you on your HEALTH or if time is more important to you . For me, I want these kind of providers who will Listen to you, take their time and keep you healthy ! Your health and playing and active role in it with your provider >>>> being late/waiting/being on hold on the phone ;)"
"I recently changed to LIM, and I have nothing but positive remarks. They were able to get me an appointment in a reasonable amount of time that fit my schedule and I hardly had to wait at the office. Amanda is an amazing Nurse Practitioner, and I only have great things to say about her. She is so attentive with her patients and really takes what they have to say into consideration and listens to what is going on. So glad I made the switch!! Everyone there is so friendly and very welcoming, which makes going to the Dr.’s office easy!"
"The receptionists are a dime a dozen. Three times they put the wrong time on my mother’s appointment card. Then they make you wait until that time which is an hour or two difference instead of making it right. The incompetence of these people is ridiculous! We get a new receptionist every single visit so that goes to show they aren’t any good. Spare yourself and go to another practice."
"Disheartening to see so many negative reviews as my husband and my own experiences with this practice have been phenomenal. As someone who went from completely healthy to chronically ill and had horrible after horrible encounter with other providers, I am forever grateful to have landed the NP I see now. He actually listens when I tell him something is wrong and pursues every avenue to try and help me get answers. My husbands NP caught a potentially life threatening issue that we had been brushing off as nothing and got him imaging and into hospital within a couple hours. The receptionists and nurses we have interacted with have always been friendly and helpful as well. We always recommend here to any of our friends looking for a new provider."
"So I have been a patient there for 15years with the same doctor, my doctor retired in January. Still they just gave me a card with the name of who my new primary would be. So I gave the name to my cancer doctor and all my specialist. It is now October someone has been filling my meds right along, but all of a sudden I couldn't get my medication that controls my blood pressure and heart rate. Don't understand what is going on at this office but when a patient calls says they have been without out it and needs it cause they are running way to high of heart rate u would think besides giving me a appt with someone who isn't even my new primary that they would make sure the nurse or doctor knows that these med needed to be put through. Lucky my pharmacy gave me a emergency dose, considering I have been on this for a very long time and I could have a heart attack not having it. I don't know this office never use to be this way, I really hope they fix their response time to serious calls. No one should have to go without a heart med just because reception won't do a little extra work. Hopefully the manager sees this review and gives proper training to all"
