"There are not enough word to express how amazing Dr. Karen Williams is!! During my first session, she took the time to ask me about any and every health problem I was experiencing (no matter how small). I initially went for pain/tendinitis in my hand, thumb, wrist, and forearm (I am a hair and makeup artist). She then also spoke to me about some lingering shoulder pain, my GI issues, my stress levels, sleeping habits, etc. I thought I was only going there for my hand pain and left feeling so refreshed after she treated everything above!! Dr. Williams is so warm and welcoming. She listens intently, does not rush you, and truly makes you feel heard (which I'm not used to having a wonderful experience like that with a doctor!) She truly cares about her patience, and their health and well being. I've been seeing Karen for over a year, and my hand pain and other health issues have been treated so wonderfully! I continue to see her for maintenance, and it's something I truly look forward to! Dr. Williams is so incredibly knowledgable, she always amazes me! "I went to see Karen for knee pain after I fell from ice skating. I could barley walk on my injured leg with out a lot of knee pain or without walking with a limp. I had several sessions with Karen, and every time she was patient and customized each treatment based on what I needed that day. She eased my mind through out the service, and would check in on me to see how I was doing. I usually fall asleep during the treatment from the warm heat lamp, and from how relaxing acupuncture really is!
