"Was accused of lying by the doctor about not being in the Google Meets room when I was actually there the entire hour for my very first appointment (to which the doctor never appeared), after I sent an email attempting to figure out if there was some sort of misunderstanding. Attempts were made to contact by phone, but no one answered. Whether or not there was an actual misunderstanding no longer matters, not after that hostile and unprofessional response. That was my "first" and last appointment."
