"Was incredibly anxious and a bit jaded after some rather poor experiences with another cardiac clinic, but my time working with the staff here has been beyond excellent. From the get go they took my concerns seriously, treated me with compassion and empathy, and were extremely patient with the multitude of questions that come up when you're dealing with something as scary as heart complications. If I even find myself needing this kind of care again in the future I will very much be coming back. Thank you so much for what you do!"

"I give 10 stars to the nurse who gave me nothing but care, compassion and even followed me outside to see how my appointment went after she noticed I was upset and I thank her so much for how over the top and outstanding she was. But to the icd nurse/tech Kelsey who from the beginning of the appointment acted as if I was a bother and rolled her eyes, checked her watch and was just completely rude and had zero compassion and no bedside manner what so ever zero stars. She was shocked when I saw her give a look to the other tech in the room as I was leaving and called her out saying she could at least wait until I left before she made faces about me. Again my appointment was great until my encounter with Kelsey, working in healthcare you learn to treat patients with respect and care and she has none of that."

"I was CALLED in a half hour EARLY for my appointment due to a cancellation then put in a room and waited over one hour then I walked out. Nobody apologized or anything and when I left I got a sarcastic remark from the check out lady UNBELIVEABLE !!! So I will be looking for a new cardiologist asap and never return to this place at 1735 route 9 at peters cardiologist office in Clifton Park. Be aware. Choose another office of cardiology to go to"

Medical treatment is initially very stressful for me, due to my family history... specifically with cardiac care. Draizan has patiently addressed my concerns as a new patient, making my care experience exceptional, and giving me a very positive outlook as I continue my care with Dr. Vaval. Draizan is truly one-of-a-kind, and I wanted to recognize and thank her for her excellence...!"
