"Have been a patient of Dr Rienzis and his staff,PA-C Natalie Hyde,Techs,Administrative and Nurses for many years.A great,funny group to be around.Recently had a serious infection in my hand that was obviously not going away by itself.I thought the walk in option was still an available but when I arrived I found out it was temporarily discontinued. As always the 1st person patients interact with when we arrive is Nellie.She is a Great Customer Service person. She told me she would be glad to schedule me later that afternoon to be looked at.I said that would be perfect.She said,Show me that hand again,then said hold on, that should be looked at sooner than later and somehow after speaking with the PA Natalie Hyde,Nellie and Natalie were able to get me in immediately.PA-C Natalie Hyde worked on my infection and came up with a plan for me and did a great job.So to Nellie and all the drs and staff ,my experience is what I call Way Above and Beyond service!! Teena the phlebotomist is excellent - not only is she great at her job but she met me early for fasting blood work and i was on my way to work for the day. Appointment was made conveniently just after results were made available on the portal and each and every one of the values were reviewed in detail by my provider, Natalie Hyde, PA. I felt as though all of my concerns were sincerely addressed and appropriate referrals and follow-ups were timely. What more can you ask for out of your medical office? "Complaint: Re: CapitalCare Internal Medicine – Balltown Road I have been coming to above referenced practice for 40 years. That ends now regardless of the difficulty finding a "primary doctor". The office on multiple resent visits, do to some staff, particularly "temp" staff, gives the appearance of a cheap bar of trailer park. It's become horrible, intolerable!! As you may prefer, I will discuses by phone. The two PM's at this office are wonderful, very professional. Some staff as well."
