"Chelsea was great! She's friendly, polite, professional and I could not recommend her enough. I went in for waxing (Brazilian & under arms) & a facial. Following her review of my intake questionnaire & the information I provided on what products I was using, we opted to hold off on the facial for now and instead do a consultation to see where my skin was at, so as not to cause irritation or breakouts or anything adverse. I'm glad we did because Chelsea was able to explain some of my symptoms as over exfoliating, which actually made a lot of sense given how my skin will sometimes feel, which I just thought was part of my 'problem skin' and what I was working to treat by exfoliating! The waxes themselves were great. I have had hard and soft waxes before, but never sugaring. I was never uncomfortable, and Chelsea offered coverings in case I didn't want to feel so exposed. She also had a little station of wipes and feminine products should you need them, which I thought was above and beyond thoughtful. Her space overall was clean, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. She was a pleasure to talk to and her conversation made it so that I wasn't focused on the impending wax pulls as much which made the whole experience less nerve racking. I have already rebooked my next appointment. If you're thinking about booking, just do it -- she's great at what she does and its evident by how far out she is booked. So, it makes sense Chelsea is one of the few I would go to! Her attention to detail in every service she offers is unmatched and admirable. "Went for my first ever Brazilian and did not know what to expect, but Chelsea made me feel oh so comfortable and explained the process as it was happening, so there were no surprises, which I very much appreciated. We laughed through the pain together, which in the end was totally worth it like, wow. I've never been so smooth in my life.
