"DO NOT COME HERE. I went earlier today for a cut and she absolutely butchered it. I’ve come here for years and today was my last time. She went around my head and just chopped. My layers are inches from each other and she didn’t even part my hair how it’s usually parted. My longest layer is at my waist and my shortest is at my shoulders. She also cut way more than I asked for. She didn’t even try when she cut my bangs. All she did was grab and chop. No angle cut or anything. She even missed a whole chunk of my bangs. I’m devastated. I have engagement pictures coming up and now I don’t know what to do."
