"Went to Liz on a whim. Got out of work and decided I wanted a cut and color. Called and they took me in within a half hour. Liz did an amazing cut on my hair and even fixed a previous oops that had happened. Told her I wanted highlights and I let her do her thing. It came out amazing! I love my cut and my color. Was so pleased with the service and the conversation!! Highly recommend Liz!!! Very professional and makes you feel comfortable! I have received so many compliments as well. I will be back!!! Thank you Liz!!!! Ohhhh and had my eyebrows waxed as well, such great service."

"I had the best experience at a salon ever today. Not only was my stylist knowledgeable and talented, but she also has an amazing soul. I came into her chair with hair down to the middle of my back with a plan to cut it all off. I mentioned that I had depression and had a hard time taking care of it. From that moment, she treated me with such compassion and kindness and gave me an amazing bob haircut. I was so over the moon with the result that I completely forgot to get her name (I’m like 50% sure it was Liz!) She deserves more than just five stars, and I’ll be coming back to this salon just for her."

"I booked an appointment for cut, color, deep conditioning. During my appointment the manager Tran repeatedly sent my hairstylist to cut everyone else’s hair that walked in while I was left waiting. I was having a reaction to their cheap hair color products - scalp was itching terribly and burning but my stylist was unavailable for me. This appointment cost more than I pay in nice Salons in Skaneateles where they offer you a drink, a magazine, talk to you about style and products for the same cost. I was also scratching color out of my scalp for three days- all over my towels. They are cutting any good products they have and replacing them with cheap junk. When I called to discuss this politely Tran didn’t listen to a word or care about anything I said. She simply interrupted because she wanted to book more appointments and told me Michelle will call you. Who is Michelle? No idea. While I was there I watched another hairdresser be scheduled multiple cuts during the same 20 minute windows and witnessed her cut naturally curly hair in the worst ways as if it was straight. Likely because she was so rushed by the manager and double bookings. My stylist Liz is great- but she didn’t even have time to put the gloss on during my appointment because of double bookings so I’m supposed to pay twice for that? I already paid twice for haircuts within 2 weeks because she didn’t have enough time the first cut to finish!!! This greed to get our money and not let stylists have more than 20 minutes to help 2 customers at a time is incredibly rude and selfish. If you care about your hair- avoid at all costs."

"I am horrible at setting appointments for hair care. I work overnights as an RN at a hospital and have three kids. So of course, My needs are always last. I walked into several salons and they all looked at me like I had three heads. The audacity to walk into a salon without an appointment. So, I thought, what the heck, I’ll try super cuts! Let me tell you!! Best haircut I have had in a LONG TIME!! I prob saved a lot of money and I got exactly what I went in for! I unfortunately do not remember my hairdressers name but she was Asian-American and her name started with an N. Customer for life"

"I went to go get a simple haircut and the lady who cut my hair did not measure my hair and she just kept cutting my hair way too short not like my idea picture at all she made me have a bowl cut like my hair is way above my eyebrows. Do not go here."
